Please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship. If you still haven't received tracking information, feel free to reach out to us at and we'll be happy to assist you. 

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order please immediately email, and we will try to update your order. 

When we receive your request, we will email you a confirmation on whether or not we were able to make the change to your order. 

If your item arrived damaged, please email us at so we can resolve your issue. 

You must attached photos of the damaged items so we can verify the damage. 

Upon reveiw of the photos, we'll issue a return label to you via email. Once we have received the item back to our warehouse, we will ship you a replacement or refund you if the item is no longer in stock. 

Note: refunds may take 3-5 days to show up in your bank after the refund has been issued. 

Please note, we are not responsible for any item/s that have been used, washed or worn.

If you are trying to apply a discount code, you will input the code at checkout in the promo code box.

You can only input 1 code at checkout. You are not able to use 2 discounts at a time unless its with a shipping discount.

International orders may require duties & taxes at the time your package arrives. American Songwriter is not responsible for the additional costs incurred on these international orders.


Sometime carriers will mark the package 'delivered' before it actually is delivered. Please allow 5 days after it has been marked, check with your neighbors and you still haven't received it, please email us at

You will receive tracking to your email once the label has been printed.

Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking number to update once your order has shipped.
